Refund and Return Policy

At Dzylo, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible with our platform. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when using our services.

1-Month Money-Back Guarantee

  • We offer a 1-month money-back guarantee on our Dzylo platform’s Growth & Pro subscription plans.
  • You may request a full refund within 1 month of your initial purchase date if you are not satisfied.
  • The refund amount will be processed within 15 days from the date of your refund request.
  • To request a refund, email us at support@dzylo.com with your payment receipt and Bank Account details.
  • This refund is applicable only to Growth & Pro Plans.
  • Refunds are not applicable for the Enterprise Plan due to custom development and hosting efforts.
  • Customers unsure about the Enterprise Plan are advised to start with the Pro Plan and upgrade later.

Eligibility for Refund

  • The refund request must be submitted within 1 month of the initial purchase date.
  • The refund policy applies only to Growth & Pro subscription plans.
  • Enterprise Plan purchases are not eligible for refunds.
  • You must have attended the onboarding training and actively explored the software for at least one week.
  • Purchasing and requesting immediate refund without exploring software will not be entertained

How to Request a Refund

  • Refund requests must be sent via email to support@dzylo.com.
  • The request must include your full name.
  • The request must include your Company Name associated with the Dzylo account.
  • The request must include the Email address linked to your Dzylo account.
  • A payment receipt must be attached as proof of purchase.
  • Bank Account details must be provided for refund processing.
  • A reason for requesting the refund may be included but is optional.

Refund Processing Time

  • All refund requests are reviewed after submission.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days.
  • An email confirmation is sent once the refund is processed.
  • Additional time may be required by banks or payment providers to credit the amount.

Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be issued in case of violation of terms of service.
  • Abuse or misuse of the refund policy makes the request ineligible.
  • Refund requests submitted after the 1-month period will be rejected.
  • Purchases under the Enterprise Plan are non-refundable.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations are not eligible.
